1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times depend on your location:

United States: 7-12 business days.

International: 10-20 business days.

Shipping Cost: We offer Free Shipping on orders over $55. For orders under $55, a flat rate of $5.5 is applied at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

4. Fulfillment Location To provide unique designs and high-quality materials at competitive prices, our orders are fulfilled through our dedicated international fulfillment centers.
